I checked this morning and it finally looks like Google has indexed my Google Page Creator index page. It still has yet to index the sub-page that was made to rank for our made up search terms “penguin zazzo party report.”

It also looks like Yahoo! has indexed the sub-page now.
So, to sum up the experiment, the Google Page Creator page was created on 4/20/2006, MSN indexed it on 4/24/2006, Yahoo! indexed it on 4/26/2006, and it took Google until; 5/3/2006 to index the page.
Morals of the story:
- Google Page Creator pages can be indexed by the big 3 search engines - and it seems they can be optimized like a normal site
- Even though Google runs Page Creator, it doesnt mean that you will be indexed right away - it actually took 13 days in our case - and that was with an inbound link from an indexed site.
So, I think there is an opportunity for affiliates to use Google Page Creator for both PPC and SEO. On the plus side, if you dont know how to create Web sites, it saves you some money on getting someone to build you one. On the negative side, the pages may take some real effort to get to look as professional as a professionally created site.
If anyone out there is using Google Page Creator to make affiliate bucks, please let me know. I would be curious to know your impressions of the product.
