Just a quick post from me today - I was checking out the 5 Star Affiliate Programs blog today and ran across a post about a new keyword tool for search marketers looking for niches. The tool allows you to pull keywords from web sites and see thematically similar keywords. It also gives info on things like bid price and keyword trends. Using this info you may be able to find new niches to work.
The tool isn’t very polished, but it could certainly come in handy for working the “long-tail” terms.

And what do you mean by saying that its not very polished? If you mean lack of some fancy CSS styles, youre right, and the reason is simple. I am adding several powerful features and thats definitely my focus now, not playing with CSS.
When it comes to functionality, I believe its rather polished, though.

Hey Marcin. Thanks for the comment. Youre right, I mean polished from a visual standpoint - which is all cosmetic. The tool itself is awesome.
I would say Craigs List isnt very polished either, but that doesnt mean it doesnt totally rule
