About the InsureMe Bloggers

January 31st, 2006 by James Omdahl

jebJeb Foster
Jeb was born in Burlington, Vermont, in blissful ignorance of the world of insurance. Now, after more than a quarter century, with a couple of degrees, thinning hair and a few insurance policies of his own, Jeb has acquired working definitions of things like deductibles and floaters. When he’s not writing about sales and marketing, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Mariah, and their three dogs, Puck, Jake and Seamus.

Lori Reed
loriprofile.jpgAs Director of Marketing, Lori is focused on creating informative and honest communications with the InsureMe community: consumers, agents and affiliates.

Before coming to InsureMe, Lori worked for IBM, as well as for software development companies based in Rome, Oslo and Galway, Ireland. She is currently a member of the board of directors for the Optimus Corporation.  But don’t let her lengthy career in marketing fool you; she was once a geologist-looking for gold in remote areas of Alaska. Nonetheless, it’s her two daughters that rank as her greatest accomplishment.

Maribeth Neelis

Something of a nomad, Maribeth traveled frequently and relocated a few times before making Denver, Colorado, and InsureMe her home.

An occasional Agent Blog scribe, Maribeth loves writing and reading, especially about sales and marketing. She attends industry conferences and and performs various marketing-related tasks. Other than insurance, Maribeth likes whipping up new concoctions in the kitchen and restoring old furniture.
