Every month, Insurance News Net reports either a drop or an increase in insurance payrolls. The month of January saw a drop of 5,700 agents, following a December gain of 3,700 agents. From what I've observed, this fluctuation is pretty normal. This indicates, as some fellow InsureMe employees (and ex-agents) might attest to, that the insurance industry is rather sink or swim.

We recognize this, and in conjunction with real-time InsureMe leads (plug!), offer a variety of sales and marketing resources (including this here blog). But I'm interested in hearing from you guys and gals on this one. Namely, what challenges do you/did you face as a beginning agent? What problems do you overcome on a daily basis?
