Well, not exactly a Sicko, but really good information. Life and decisions would be easy if everyone just took care of themselves and no one tried to take advantage of another. (last sentence is cynical, in case the inflection doesn't come through.)

Browning says millions of well-off people opt out of the system. The funny thing is, if he's right, then that is a great argument for an individual mandate! But I suspect that he would be adamantly against compulsory coverage. Ironic.
