Thanks for the comment of concern, Ginnie.
The joke was to come up with a creative way to raise awareness for male heart disease. It's a bit of a stretch for humor, I'll grant you that; but rest assured that we harmed no animals in the taking of that picture.
That picture, by the way, is taken from this video, if you're interested in having a look.
Lastly, the fella on the left is a vegetarian. Just so you know.

Due to some concerns of E. Coli (having to do with the raw meat), we've decided to retire the steak pin picture and replace it with a nice shot of Jeb "McDreamy" Foster.
